FDA Could Approve Endocyte's EC145 to Treat Ovarian Cancer in Women: Analyst
"It is likely, in our view, that the FDA could approve EC145 based on a robust and statistically significant progression-free survival (PFS) advantage, which is then either supported by a strong trend or statistically significant overall survival advantage , "said Jason Kantor, an analyst at RBC Capital Markets.
"Our meetings with management confirms that endocytosed recently met with both U.S. regulators and did not result in significant changes in the design of the trial, which could begin enrollment shortly.
Kantor said that, pending final comments endocytosing soon communicate the results of the European Union regulatory information as to whether or not it can submit data for approval of Phase 2.
